After having "no more energy" to negociate with us about contract we finally set a situation that was good for both.So we rented the house for 10 nights.When we arrived in Orlando the GPS did not recognize the address but after asking someone we easily found the way to Lorie´s house. And what a surprise when we got there!
The house is wonderful clean and very confortable just like it shows in the pics!We had a great time there the kids loved it and didn´t want to go back home heheh! And also after renting Lorie´s property we stayed 4 nights in a hotel at International Drive. But if we knew that things had changed so much in Orlando we would prefer to stay at a rented house like hers..The hotels are very dirty the price is not worth and the silence and privacity at home was incrediable!!
Anyway we sure recommend this house as the best option for your vacancy and after all Lorie gave back the money exactly as she set in the contract! Thank you so much for everything Lorie, and also, we will recommend and contact you in the future for another vacation! Sincerelly Ellen and family!

lorie was very responsive, clear and efficient to deal with. the vacation home is just wonderful and everything she said it would be. every amenity is provided for and then some to make guests comfortable.

| We rented Lorie's house during Thanksgivings week and had a great time. The house was clean and just as described. The kids did not want to get out of the pool and had so much fun that we had to extend one more day. Lorie was great and her response to emails and questions were fast and prompt. We will definitely rent Lorie's house again in the future. Oh, she also offered the best price and the rate was unbeatable in that area. |

| Lorie, thanks for the use of your home in the week of May 25, 2009. This was our second time to stay in your home and we enjoyed it very much. We also like the proximity of the Sandy Ridge subdivision to I-4 as well. The house was nice and we will certainly consider your home again on our next visit to Orlando. |

| Thank you for the opportunity to rent your home in Davenport, Fl. We had a great time and your convienently located home was exceptional. Everything was clean, neat, and well described. The location is so much better than I had thought, literally 12 minutes to the Disney Gate! Thanks for the great place! BTW if you rent to golfers you have three premo developemnets withing 5 miles (Championsgate, Ginn Reunion, and Providence). You will definately be hearing from us again. |

"This is the perfect way to vacation! I highly recommend anyone with a family. It was just wonderful. The house is as described in the pictures, it was very clean and very well taken care off. There were 5 of us who stayed for 45 days, and we really had a great time .The house is really beautiful; has everything you could want , spacious with elegant and comfortable decorating ,We had a fantastic time and have many wonderful memories!! The house is close to everything you need. Outlet Malls, restaurants, theme parks and anything you could possibly want from Orlando are within a reasonable driving distance. We have travelled and stayed in a variety of vacation homes in different places and in our view this one is hard to beat. We didn't have to pack a lot due to the washer/dryer available at the home and all the linens we needed were provided. All we had to do was buy food to cook and then relax. The broad band was appreciated. . Lorie, the owner was very helpful and easy to work with in the rental process. Instructions were received promptly and she was very attentive and helpful with my inquiries.
The property manager was prompt in returning any calls and repairing any issues.
The house was perfect & so nice to come home to after a long day away. We would definitely consider renting again on a future trip. I am already looking forward to our next stay at this "unforgettable" house! Trust me when I say you will not be disapointed! "

I just wanted to send you a quick email and Thanks since It has now been a week since we returned from our family trip to Orlando and we had such a great time especially with as big as our group was. Our stay in your home in Davenport was especially nice towards the end of our trip since it was our wind-down time those last few of days. Your home provided everything we needed and more. We hope to continue our yearly visits to the Orlando area in the years to come and hope we can come back to your home again.

Received security deposit within the week.
Conventiently located!
Maintenance was quick to respond and fix minor problem.
My only suggestion is that owner has a welcome pack. (Directions to supermarket, how to use garbage disposal, directions to movie theater, blockbuster etc)

This house is very conveniently situated on a corner property, with easy access from CR532. It is spacious, yet cozy and comfortable. The house and pool is clean, and internet access is quick. Every amenity was available, just like home. I hope to stay there again on my visit to Orlando. The children really enjoyed themselves.

We had a wonderful vacation.
The house was very nice. We enjoyed the pool and the great location. The drive to Disney was short and easy... and I took my son to a few of the lakes in the Orlando area to do some fishing. It was helpful to have the crib available so we didn't need to travel with ours.
My wife and I thought we saw a grey fox across the street one night while we were swimming in the pool. It could have just been a dog though... it was dark out and we didn't get a real good look.
We were very happy staying in your home and we will hopefully get to do it again in a few years.

We had a great time and your home was fantastic, All the rooms were perfectly designed. As said I was there with my daughter she had a job interview at a local high school and got the job. My wife and I will be going down there more often hope you will always have a place for us.
