Advanced Bookings (More than 2 month from check-in date) 1> Agree with the travel date and rental amount between renter and owner. 2> Renter will download and fill in the contract/rental form (click to dowload) , sign and return the contract along with required payment -- booking deposit. Note: Contract could be returned by mail, e-mail with scan or by fax 408 486-4144. Minimum booking desposit is $200. In general $200-$300/wk, $30-$50/day, depending on the season.
