This villa is located in Sandy Ridge vacation resort community. It is just couple munites from highway 4 exit 58. It is 25 munites from Orlando International Airpot (MCO), and just 10 minutes away from Disney. Address and directions will be send to you once the booking is confirmed.
Note: You will not be able to google map or mapquest the address online, since it is a new community, and the it is not in the data base yet. Don't worry about it if you cannot find it on the internet maps.

What is the booking process?
Note: Details see the "Booking Process" section
1> Once the dates and rental amount are agreed by renter and owner, owner will send the contract to renter.
2> Renter will fill in the contract, sign and return the contract along with required payment(Details see payment method.)
Note:
Contract could be returned by mail, e-mail with scan or fax 408 486-4144.
Min booking desposit is $200. In general $200-$300/wk, $30-$50/day. The remaining balance of rental and $200 refundable security deposit is due 2 month before check in date.
3> Once required booking desposit is received, the date will be blocked for the renter.
4> A welcome document will be send to renter 30 days in advance from check-in date; it will have details info about the direction, code for key lock box.

4> Paypal balance or e-check (paypal confirmed account is required)

Does the villa has phone, internet access and cable TV?
Yes, we do have them all. National calls to U.S. and toll free calls are free. High speed fiber internet has wired and wireless options, and over 200 channels cable TV. To purchase phone cared online: www.onesuite.com

Why stay in a villa and not a hotel?
Hotel could be very expensive. For less than half of the hotel price, you can stay in the fully equipted and furnished luxury vacation villa, get all the comfort that you get at home, and much more. This villa is your home away from your home.

How many people could the villa accomondate?
The villa has 2 master suites having King and Queen bed respectively; 2 twin room, each has 2 twin beds; and a sofa bed in living room. So, it could accomondate 10 people in total, that is more than 2 families.

What do we need to bring with us?
Our villa is furnished and equipped to a very high standard. It has everything that you will need. So, you don't need to bring anything other than your family and personal stuff. Please check the amenities for the full listing.

What if we have a problem during our stay?
We have a local property management company who will help you with any problem that you may have. They also have a 24 hour emergency number. Their are included in the check-in check-out package which you will get once the booking is confirmed.
